The 16th annual Alzheimer's Association Education Conference is closely approaching!
Keynote Speakers include: Dr. Maria Carrillo, PH.D, Senior Director of Medical and Scientific Relations for the National Alzheimer’s Association. Dr. Carrillo will present the most up-to-date findings in Alzheimer's research.
Kathy Laurenhue, CEO of Wiser Now, Inc. Laurenhue is the author of three books, Alzheimer’s Basic Caregiving, Activities of Daily Living, and Getting to Know the Life Stories of Older Adults.
Three day sessions will be offered in the afternoon: - "Making Daily Life Flow", presented by Kathy Laurenhue - "Dementia & Sleep Problems", presented by Dr. Mark Eric Dyken - "Depression & Dementia", presented by Dr. Susan Schultz
The evening session, offered FREE to family and professional caregivers, will offer two programs: - "Alzheimer's Help & Hope: Progress and Strides in Research", presented by Dr. Maria Carrillo, Ph.D - "Why Does He Do That?", presented by Kathy Laurenhue
