"Successful Living with a Chronic Condition" is a six-week workshop that shows you how to feel better managing your conditions. This workshop is for individuals who have long-term issues: arthritis, heart disease or stroke, asthma or lung disease, diabetes, Parkinson's or osteoporosis.
