Emerging Leaders United (ELU) connects engaged, driven individuals to make a difference to address the most critical needs of our community. ELU energizes individuals to create lasting change in Eastern Iowa VIA United Way with volunteer opportunities, advocacy efforts, and giving. Members also receive engagement opportunities and attend educational and networking events.
