00 - Marketing Project Submission

Marketing project submission form for United Way employees.

  • United Way Project Submission Form

    If submitting multiple projects using one form, fill out thorough details for each project. Please avoid simply listing the projects. PLEASE NOTE: Submitting a request does not guarantee Marketing will be able to meet the request. Someone from the Marketing team will reach out to you to discuss the request within 24 business hours of receiving the project submission. If you need more time or information to complete the form, click "Save and Continue Later" at the bottom of the page.
  • Primary contact for the project and the marketing team.
  • This allows you to receive an email copy of the project submission.
  • Select the project type. New Project means this is a brand-new project we haven't done previously. Updated Project means this is a project we have done in the past (ex: annual reports, one pagers, donation forms, etc) that need updated with current stats and other information.
  • Provide details about the project. Answer questions such as:
    What is the project?
    What are we creating, and what is the audience for this project?
    Why does UWECI need this project?
    What is the goal for this project? What are we trying to achieve?

  • Provide an outline for what the project is supposed to look like, what the tone of the project should be, etc.
    If this is an Updated Project, please provide us with updated stats, content, etc. in order to complete your project.
    Small projects: 2 weeks minimum, exs. flyers, invites, and emails
    Large projects: 8 week minimum, exs. condition report, annual report, and videos
    Projects printed outside of office add 1-3 weeks to production timeline.

    • Include all details: address, building and/or room number, and time marketing needs to be at the event (ex: Event is 1-3 p.m. Photos needed 10-1:30 p.m.)
    • Please list the primary contact information for the marketing team (RD staff member, LE, staff member at campaign company, etc.) This should be an individual who is attending the event and who is aware that UWECI marketing is planning to be there. This can also be the same person who is filling out the project submission form.
    • Is paperwork or ID required to attend the event?
    • Please provide an approximate number of people who will be attending the event.
    • Please list precautions being taken by the company/group hosting the campaign event (ex: required masks, social distancing guidelines, limited number of people attending, temperature checks, etc), as well as any specific rules that will be implemented for the event. Information about these protocols are needed before the marketing team will plan to attend the event.

    • Job Posting Specifics

    • Provide the job title to include on the website.
    • Please provide a job description to include with the posting on the website, along with who applications should be sent to. Job descriptions should be 3-4 sentences maximum.

      Printing can take up to 2 weeks at the printer to be completed.
